2 tph boiler, the return visit service of ZOZEN, an industrial boiler manufacturer is in progress

Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. With the expansion of its sales network, Jindal is preparing to build a ductile iron pipe production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Boiler, as the thermal energy equipment of the factory, is an indispensable part in the construction of the factory area. The person in charge of Jindal immediately contacted ZOZEN. Considering that the United Arab Emirates is rich in natural gas resources, ZOZEN recommended  its energy-saving and environmentally friendly WNS series gas boilers for Jindal.

2 tph boiler, ZOZEN SHX series CFB boiler, evaporation capacity from 10- 75 tph, with steam pressure 1.25-2.5 Mpa and the steam temperature is saturated steam and superheated steam. Hot water boiler 7-58 MW, supplies 130℃/150℃ hot water. Under pressure of 1.0-1.6 Mpa, the returning water temperature is 70℃/90℃. CFCB technology is a new type and mature high efficient, low pollution and green technology.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency.

Scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper are common problems of biomass-fired boilers, ZOZEN increased height of furnace, fastening the speed of stoker, input ash blowing unit at convection area, and automatic ash cleaning system at the bottom of stoker, so the above problems are all solved, it reduced much maintaining personnel’s work. Advantages: Make biomass-fired boiler a clean and neat working environment, 2 tph boiler.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time. Efficient automated production lines, sufficient raw material stocking, and scientific 6S on-site management ensure that multiple SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers are delivered with high quality within the agreed time.
