ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc, fer gass boiler.

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker, fer gass boiler.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time.
