ZOZEN SHX series CFB boiler, evaporation capacity from 10- 75 tph, with steam pressure 1.25-2.5 Mpa and the steam temperature is saturated steam and superheated steam. Hot water boiler 7-58 MW, supplies 130℃/150℃ hot water. Under pressure of 1.0-1.6 Mpa, the returning water temperature is 70℃/90℃. CFCB technology is a new type and mature high efficient, low pollution and green technology.

After various comparisons and investigations, General Science ordered SZL series biomass steam boiler from ZOZEN, which has the advantages of compact structure, safety and efficiency, and sufficient output. 

The outer packing of furnace body adopts for the whole frame structure to reduce the junction plates between the frame and the drums, which minimizes heat loss due to heat conduction. Advantages: save energy, reduce consumption and help customers reduce the costs, 1500 kg heavy oil boiler.

The digital management of ZOZEN runs through the entire process. In the drum production workshop, the high-speed CNC drilling machine is operating efficiently according to the instructions of the control system. Thousands of holes can be accurately completed in less than twenty hours. Such a workload requires at least one week of labor, 1500 kg heavy oil boiler.
