Established in 2003, Classic Fashion Apparel Industry is a Jordanian company that mainly produces high-quality garments with fine craftsmanship. The company decided to import multiple sets of hot water boilers from China under the "Belt and Road" policy. Relying on excellent product quality and good market reputation, ZOZEN successfully seized this opportunity and reached a cooperation agreement with the company, marine boiler manufacturers.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.

Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company.

During the production process, the CNC cutting rate of ZOZEN has reached more than 80%, which provides a strong guarantee for the welding and assembly quality of the boiler. Compared with flame cutting, the underwater plasma cutting used by ZOZEN has no deformation and splashing, which further improves the assembly accuracy between the components of the boiler, thereby achieving accurate assembly of the entire boiler, marine boiler manufacturers.
