In the petroleum processing industry, steam is the main factor affecting the energy consumption of enterprises. The safe, efficient and energy-saving boiler system directly determines the quality of oil products and the economic benefits of enterprises.

In March 2019, Wuxi Zozen Boilers Co., Ltd. successfully passed the French BV certification and became an in-depth factory inspection company of Alibaba International Station. Alibaba cooperated with the French BV certification and comprehensively judged companies' product capabilities, quality control, research and development capabilities, and trade capabilities, which further proved that ZOZEN's comprehensive strength is strong, and all indicators fully meet the boiler export certification standards.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.

ZOZEN 4 tph WNS series oil-fired fire tube boiler for construction industry in South Africa. Pholaco is a construction materials company specializing in light steel frame (LSF) construction, EPS panel construction, and CLC (cellulose lightweight concrete) construction. ZOZEN provided 4 tph WNS series heavy oil fired boilers for the company. This kind of fire tube boilers adopt large corrugated furnace for full fuel combustion. In combination use of the thread smoke tubes, the thermal efficiency is up to over 98%, fulton oil fired steam boiler.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life.

The digital management of ZOZEN runs through the entire process. In the drum production workshop, the high-speed CNC drilling machine is operating efficiently according to the instructions of the control system. Thousands of holes can be accurately completed in less than twenty hours. Such a workload requires at least one week of labor, fulton oil fired steam boiler.
