During the processing of broilers, whether it is retort sterilization, baking and cooking, or heating and drying, the heat source provided by the steam boiler is required. ZOZEN successfully won the full recognition of the Chia Tai Group with its systematic solutions, and became the  General Contractor of Jilin Zhengda Boiler, providing it with three 1.2 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heaters, including pipe laying from the boiler room to the production floor.

14 mw boiler, All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, softened water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. ZOZEN skid mounted boiler has all interconnecting piping completed and has passed the cold state test at the factory before delivery. After the boiler arrives at the site, it only needs to be connected to water, electricity and gas to operate.

ZOZEN 4 tph WNS series oil-fired fire tube boiler for construction industry in South Africa. Pholaco is a construction materials company specializing in light steel frame (LSF) construction, EPS panel construction, and CLC (cellulose lightweight concrete) construction. ZOZEN provided 4 tph WNS series heavy oil fired boilers for the company. This kind of fire tube boilers adopt large corrugated furnace for full fuel combustion. In combination use of the thread smoke tubes, the thermal efficiency is up to over 98%.

14 mw boiler, ZOZEN WNS series boiler is designed with large-diameter corrugated furnace and wet-back structure. Depending on the velocity of different flue gas, proper heat transfer element will be selected. Advantages：high efficiency, low back pressure, ultra-low NOx emissions.

The key processing technologies of the steel plate of ZOZEN gas fired boiler, such as the slanting of the steel plate, the circle, and the drilling of the drum, all adopt advanced CNC processing technology to reduce assembly stress and extend the service life of the boiler. Process to ensure welding quality, all longitudinal and circumferential welds are 100% radiographically inspected.
