ZOZEN’s molten salt boiler is a kind of boiler that uses a mixture of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heat transfer medium. It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure. ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
