The ZOZEN WNS series oil-fired steam boiler was successfully delivered to the capital of Caracas, Venezuela in early June. After completing the installation and commissioning the boiler will provide a stable heat source for the production line of Inversiones Goa 7 C.A, further enhancing the efficiency and overall competitiveness of the enterprise.

The WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

ZOZEN customized the SZS series gas-fired boiler system solution for Navoiyazot. 

The furnace of ZOZEN’s SZL series coal-fired boiler adopts a closely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, which effectively prevents the erosion and radiation of high-temperature flue gas for the furnace. The furnace has large radiation area, small maintenance workload and light overall weight. In order to improve the coal applicability of industrial boilers, ZOZEN Boiler designs adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch, etc., and chooses different furnace structures according to calorific value, volatile content and coking characteristic index of coal provided by customers, boiler fire.

The cold working, also known as “iron tailor”, is a kind of comprehensive technology to process metal sheet material, tubular product and proximate matter into various kinds of products without changing the cross section characteristics, which includes straightening, laying off, blanking, cutting, bending, stamping, assembling, riveting, welding, etc. At ZOZEN’s production lines, the number of cold working workers is the largest except that of welding workers.
