The DZL series biomass-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler with a capacity of 2-20 tph (hot water boiler: 1.4-14MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate.
