ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. ZOZEN Boiler has invested a lot of technical force in improving boiler’s energy-saving performance. The structure and operating principle of organic heat carrier boiler cause that the exhaust gas temperature at its end is around 300°C and result in a huge waste of heat energy. In order to reduce heat loss, ZOZEN technicians add a variety of energy-saving devices at the end of boiler’s flue gas duct to improve the overall thermal efficiency of organic heat carrier boiler through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, which helps many companies to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction, boiler steam conjunction.

In terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN can be said to keep improving. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and vertical chamfering eliminate a large number of blowholes in the weld and ensure welding quality.
