20 tph steam boiler, ZOZEN boiler achieves win-win cooperation with many chemical enterprises

Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. With the expansion of its sales network, Jindal is preparing to build a ductile iron pipe production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Boiler, as the thermal energy equipment of the factory, is an indispensable part in the construction of the factory area. The person in charge of Jindal immediately contacted ZOZEN. Considering that the United Arab Emirates is rich in natural gas resources, ZOZEN recommended  its energy-saving and environmentally friendly WNS series gas boilers for Jindal.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle.

Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company, 20 tph steam boiler.

ZOZEN’s SZL series chain grate boiler has an independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of boiler’s water circulation. ZOZEN also designs independent water circulation systems in structure. The water circulation structure is simple and the division of water supply work is clear, which ensures that the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer to riser is larger than 0.4 in order to ensure the safety of boiler’s water circulation under the premise that the water quality meets the GB standards, 20 tph steam boiler.
