Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources.

The DZL series biomass-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler with a capacity of 2-20 tph (hot water boiler: 1.4-14MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

Steam boilers are used to provide steam in bleaching, concentration, drying and other production process of paper industry. Thai Development Industrial Paper Co. , Ltd. is one of large paper mill in Thailand. With the expansion of business and scale, the paper mill had to introduce extra sets of coal-fired steam boilers. ZOZEN supplied 15tph SZL series chain grate steam boilers for the company. This series of steam boiler features wide wide coal applicability and higher combustion efficiency.

The structure and operating principle of organic heat carrier boiler cause that the exhaust gas temperature at its end is around 300°C and result in a huge waste of heat energy. In order to reduce heat loss, ZOZEN technicians add a variety of energy-saving devices at the end of boiler’s flue gas duct to improve the overall thermal efficiency of organic heat carrier boiler through the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas, which helps many companies to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.

ZOZEN has set up a total of seven process stopping points throughout the production process, which are strictly controlled by different engineers, independent of each other and supervised each other, so that problems can be found and solved in time. If any workpiece is unqualified, it cannot enter the next process, which is the quality control of the entire production process of ZOZEN.
