The WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

Steam boilers are used to provide steam in bleaching, concentration, drying and other production process of paper industry. Thai Development Industrial Paper Co. , Ltd. is one of large paper mill in Thailand. With the expansion of business and scale, the paper mill had to introduce extra sets of coal-fired steam boilers. Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction, gopdc refinery standby boiler capacity.
