ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources.

ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag, 1t h steam boiler.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency.
