The DHL series coal-fired corner tube boiler is field assembled boiler. It uses a piping system as the frame of the entire boiler, and it bears the full load of the boiler, which makes a non-framework boiler. At the same time, this frame also serves as the down comer of the boiler and upper and lower headers. The boiler drum is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heating surface adopts the flag tube structure. The corner tube boiler has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption and rapid temperature increasing.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

At present, the blanking rate of ZOZEN's sheet metal has reached more than 80%, and a large-scale welding and assembly process revolution has been performed. Mechanical automatic welding is used to realize the assembly mold, and gradually reduce the traditional processing methods of scribing assembly and eliminating scribing errors.
