ZOZEN SHL series boiler is the bulk industrial boiler with dual boiler cylinders and transverse arranged, as well as the natural cycling coal combustion water pipe boiler. The transverse upper and lower boiler cylinders and water cooling walls together form the silo type furnace, together with convection pipe bundle and collection chest to form the boiler body frame, 3.5ton steam boiler.
Since its foundation in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has developed into one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia. It has established the well-known brand Captain Dolphin. Steam boiler is used to provide heat source for the production processes of cooking, drying, and sterilizing in food industry. In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd decided to use coconut shells as boiler fuel. In this case, ZOZEN’s engineers recommended one set of 4 tph biomass-fired fire tube boiler for the company, 3.5ton steam boiler.
ZOZEN boilers adopt the ultra-low nitrogen burner with flue gas recirculation method to realize low NOx emission. Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx.
The automated numerical control coil production line of ZOZEN ensures that the coil is one-time formation. ZOZEN also has national patented hydraulic shaping equipment, a 90-degree flip hydraulic test platform, hydraulic lift, 360-degree rotating ultra-high-precision assembly production lines, and a large number of highly qualified technical workers, which ensure the manufacturing quality and prolong the service life of boilers.
