Aiming at the characteristics of load changes in the actual production process of the Mexican plant, ZOZEN equipped the easy-to-operate PLC automatic control system for the boilers. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality. The welder can complete the operation before the screen, which is far away from smoke pollution and strong light to the eyes hurt, rice mill boiler.
