The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming, 1 ton coal fired boiler.

ZOZEN has set up a total of seven process stopping points throughout the production process, which are strictly controlled by different engineers, independent of each other and supervised each other, so that problems can be found and solved in time.
