At this critical time, ZOZEN reached cooperation with Ansell, an American protective material enterprise. In order to provide sufficient heat source for its production lines of medical gloves and protective clothing quickly, ZOZEN gave top priority to the production and delivery of the order of Ansell.

ZOZEN’s YLW series solid fuel fired boiler is a kind of square coil horizontal chain grate assembled boiler. The chain grate realizes mechanical coal feeding, forced and induced draft fans provide mechanical ventilation, and slag discharger realizes mechanical slagging. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, low pressure and high temperature, safety and high efficiency of over 85%.

The steam boiler supplies adequate steam support for multiple production processes including drying, profiling and vulcanizing of the rubber industry. Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of tires, it built a new production base in Thailand in January 2019. After various comparisons and investigations, General Science ordered SZL series biomass steam boiler from ZOZEN, which has the advantages of compact structure, safety and efficiency, and sufficient output. 

The outer packing of furnace body adopts for the whole frame structure to reduce the junction plates between the frame and the drums, which minimizes heat loss due to heat conduction. Advantages: save energy, reduce consumption and help customers reduce the costs, maintenance of steam boiler.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate.
