SPIC Columbia is a subsidiary of Sinochem Group's petroleum exploration and development business, dedicated to the exploration and development of long-term oil in Colombia. Boilers are essential equipment for oil exploration.

The WNS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler is a kind of fire tube wetback boiler with a two-pass or three-pass structure. It is equipped with foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct to lower the exhaust temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small covering area, short installation period, easy operation and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation, upper fuel feeding system in boiler.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality. The welder can complete the operation before the screen, which is far away from smoke pollution and strong light to the eyes hurt.
