The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time.
