The DHL series coal-fired corner tube boiler is field assembled boiler. It uses a piping system as the frame of the entire boiler, and it bears the full load of the boiler, which makes a non-framework boiler. The boiler drum is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heating surface adopts the flag tube structure. ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

The header is not an independent component, but a component consisting of water-cooled walls, economizer, superheater and other components. Therefore, there are water-cooled wall header, economizer header, superheater header and so on. The function of header is to collect or distribute the steam and water working medium, reduce the transmission and connection pipes of working medium, reduce the number of drum holes, so as to improve the safety performance of drum.
