15tons rice husk boiler, ZOZEN’s molten salt boiler is a kind of boiler that uses a mixture of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heat transfer medium. It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure. The whole boiler system is mainly composed of molten salt circulation system, combustion system and heating system.

AO《NAVOIYAZOT》is a leading chemical company in Uzbekistan, mainly engaged in production of mineral fertilizers and chemical reagents. Steam boilers provide heat energy for chemical production processes such as polymerization, drying and dehydration. ZOZEN reached a cooperation agreement with Navoiyazot based on its good market reputation and high professionalism in Russian-speaking region. ZOZEN customized the SZS series gas-fired boiler system solution for Navoiyazot. 

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

In order to ensure the accurate air distribution of biomass fired boilers, the production department of ZOZEN pays great attention to the first step in boiler manufacturing. The steel plate is cut by American Pegasus underwater plasma cutting, whose processing accuracy can be controlled within 1 mm, 15tons rice husk boiler.
