Discover China ordered one set of 20tph gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN.

The DZL series coal-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler which is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. The boiler body is a single drum longitudinal layout. Thread smoke tubes in the drum form the convection heating surface while the drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency, 5 tph steam boiler.

This time, GOTEC Group built a new plant in Toluca, Mexico, to expand its world map. As the important energy equipment for a new plant, the efficient and stable operation of the gas-fired hot water boilers would directly affect the company’s production efficiency and product quality. Based on previous friendly cooperation with ZOZEN, GOTEC Group appreciated ZOZEN’s WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler. Aiming at the characteristics of load changes in the actual production process of the Mexican plant, ZOZEN equipped the easy-to-operate PLC automatic control system for the boilers. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

Based on the requirements of GB standard, the straight plug type water level electrode on the top of the furnace is added to prevent a shortage of water in the boiler due to wrong operation or other reasons. Advantages: avoid water shortage when the boiler is running.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
