China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. Therefore, ZOZEN won unanimous praise from the review experts, and finally realized the first cooperation with the China Academy of Space Technology.

ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation, gas oil fuel fired boiler.

The textile industry is a great energy consumer. As an important heat source equipment on the production line of textile enterprises, the steam boiler system can directly affect the textile quality and economic benefits of enterprises. Hebei Xindadong Textile Co., Ltd. began to implement an international industrial expansion strategy in 2013 and established a production base in Vietnam. ZOZEN Boiler customized the SZL series coal-fired steam boiler system for the company based on the local situation in Vietnam and actual demands of the production line. This kind of boiler has high efficiency, strong overload capacity and wide fuel adaptability.

Based on the requirements of GB standard, the straight plug type water level electrode on the top of the furnace is added to prevent a shortage of water in the boiler due to wrong operation or other reasons. Advantages: avoid water shortage when the boiler is running.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.

This project is of great significance to ZOZEN, promoting ZOZEN’s development in Central Asia and building a strong foundation in future international development, gas oil fuel fired boiler.
