ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

Recently, ZOZEN participated in a large photovoltaic industrial chain project in Turkey, which showed that the brand and strength of ZOZEN were recognized by the overseas market.With an annual output of 500MW, the photovoltaic industrial chain project in Turkey is a key project of the Belt and Road China-Turkey cooperation project. On December 12, the opening ceremony of the project was held at the Başkent OIZ Industrial Park in Ankara.

ZOZEN boilers adopt the ultra-low nitrogen burner with flue gas recirculation method to realize low NOx emission. Adding flue gas to the combustion air to reduce the oxygen content in the combustion air and lower the flame temperature at the combustion center, so as to greatly reduce the generation of NOx. At the same time, superimposed use of world advanced technologies such as staged combustion of ultra-low nitrogen burner and internal flue gas circulation realizes the stable and low emission of NOx, 4000kg hr gas boiler.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
