ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature coal cleaning technology with high efficiency and low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.

Rashid Paper Mills Ltd., established in September of 2016, is a paper manufacturer of the well-known Rashid Group in Bangladesh. The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

The waveform stove furnace is an important part of the WNS series of oil-fired/gas-fired boiler. This part is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flame and erosion of high-temperature flue gas. The use of the axial expansion and contraction of waveform stove furnace can reduce the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate and furnace itself, and more importantly, reduce the stress concentration caused by the elongation of furnace at the connection between furnace and tube plate.
