The condensate water draining performance plays an essential role in the normal operation of gas-fired boiler to prevent the emission of steam when condensate water, air and carbon dioxide are discharged. The SZS series oil-fired/gas-fired boiler proper adopts the D-type structure. One side is the furnace, and the other side is the convection heating surface. The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, safety and efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and fully automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life.
