Rashid Paper Mills Ltd., established in September of 2016, is a paper manufacturer of the well-known Rashid Group in Bangladesh. It mainly produces various types of paper used for writing, printing and offset printing. It currently has two independent production lines with a daily production capacity of 200 tons of paper. It also exports high-quality paper to overseas market. In order to ensure the heat source supply of paper production lines, Rashid Paper Mills Ltd. chose to introduce the advanced ZZ series medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler from China with a rated pressure as high as 3.82 Mpa and sufficient high-temperature steam supply.

The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming, boiler shells.
