ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification, 5000kg gas fired boiler.

China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. The DZL series biomass-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler with a capacity of 2-20 tph (hot water boiler: 1.4-14MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking. It has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency, 5000kg gas fired boiler.

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker.

In ZOZEN’s blanking workshop, all steel plates, steel pipes and other parts are given unique electronic codes throughout the whole production, equipment and service links.
