ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle.

The thermal oil heater is also known as an organic heat carrier boiler. It uses the thermal oil as a heat medium and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. After transferring the thermal energy to the heating equipment, the thermal oil returns to the furnace to be reheated. With the feature of low-pressure and high-temperature heating, the thermal oil heater has wide applications. ZOZEN has provided thermal oil heaters to many building material companies, such as Huayuan Mineral Wool Board, Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board, Shanghai High-New Science & Technology and etc.

The main advantage of ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed boiler lies in the direct control of pollutant emission during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

In ZOZEN’s blanking workshop, all steel plates, steel pipes and other parts are given unique electronic codes throughout the whole production, equipment and service links. This information-based logistics mode not only shortens the distance between production and logistics supply, but also lays a good foundation for future expansion of production lines and application of new technologies, so as to improve the entire upstream and downstream production efficiency and economic benefits.
