The partition walls around the furnace body, the partition wall between furnace and convection section, and the front and rear walls all adopt the membrane wall structure. There are foreign advanced burner, economizer and condenser installed at the end of flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, achieve the thermal efficiency of over 98% and control the emission of NOx to less than 30mg/Nm3. ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

With the application of patented technology in chain grate furnace, ZOZEN has realized the high efficiency and low emission of DZL series steam boilers. The thermal efficiency can reach 82% and NOx emissions can be less than 100mg/Nm3, which not only improves the combustion efficiency but also reduces the operating costs and pollution emissions of enterprises.
