The working principle of 1500kw diesel steam boiler is: the burner burns the diesel to release heat, which is absorbed by the water-cooled wall via the radiant heat transfer. A large amount of steam is generated and enters the steam drum for steam and water separation (except once-through boilers). The separated saturated steam enters the superheater and continues to absorb the heat of flue gas from the top of the furnace, the horizontal flue gas duct and the end of the flue gas duct via the methods of radiation and convention, which makes the superheated steam reach the required working temperature.

WNS series 1500kw diesel steam boiler

The WNS series 1500kw diesel steam boiler is a kind of shell-type three-pass internal wetback oil-fired boiler. The boiler can realize the automatic operation. The combustor burns the fuel to form the flame filling the corrugated furnace and transferring the radiant heat, this is the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion gathers in the reversal chamber and turns to the second pass where is filled with threaded smoke tubes. After convective heat exchange, the flue gas gradually cools down and turns to the front smoke chamber, then the flue gas leaves the front smoke chamber and turns to the third pass that is light tubes area, then the flue gas passes the back smoke chamber and enters the economizer and condenser, and finally is exhausted into the atmosphere via the chimney.

SZS series diesel steam boiler

The SZS series diesel steam boiler has a D-type structure with double drums which are longitudinally arranged. The right side is the furnace and the left side is the convention tube bundles. The superheater is arranged in the convention tube bundles area and is fixed on the base plate of the boiler proper via the movable supports in the middle and on the both ends of the lower drum to ensure the boiler expands to both ends. The furnace is surrounded by membrane water walls. The membrane water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals and separates the furnace from the convention tube bundles.The back part of the convention tube bundles area is a diarrhea staggered structure and the front part is a in-line structure. The flue gas generated by the combustion in the furnace enters the reburning chamber and convention tube bundles area, turns into the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, finally enters the flue gas duct and is exhausted into the atmosphere.

DHS series diesel steam boiler

The DHS series diesel steam boiler is a kind of corner tube type oil-fired boiler. The boiler uses a pipeline system as the skeleton of the entire boiler, which bears the full load of the boiler, so it is also a frameless boiler. Meanwhile, this skeleton also serves as the downcomer, upper and lower headers of the boiler. The boiler drum is an external type. The furnace has a fully enclosed membrane wall structure. The convection heating surface adopts a flag tube structure.
