On August 25 of 2020, Wuxi ZOZEN Boilers Co., Ltd. officially held the quality management mobilization meeting. The basic design department, research and development department, process improvement department, equipment department, production department, quality assurance department, purchasing department, material planning department, all workers at the production lines and related leadership attended the meeting.

On September 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Energy Efficiency Star" Product Catalog (2018) on its official website. "Energy Efficiency Star" products refer to mass-produced products that are more energy-efficient than similar products on the basis of energy-saving products. They aim to promote the promotion and application of energy-efficient products, lead innovation in energy-saving technologies, change consumer orientation, and enhance energy-saving concepts. The DZL series coal-fired horizontal three-pass water-fire tube chain grate boiler is pre-assembled boiler which is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. The boiler body is a single drum longitudinal layout. Thread smoke tubes in the drum form the convection heating surface while the drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts the light chain grate. The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The advanced automatic welding equipment completes the automatic welding of longitudinal and circular seams under the tracking of the photoelectric system, which not only improves the efficiency but also effectively guarantees the welding quality. The welder can complete the operation before the screen, which is far away from smoke pollution and strong light to the eyes hurt.
