It also adopts the front and rear arch covering furnace structure to build the refractory concrete  in the lower section of the front wall of the furnace. The front arch is the fire arch, while the rear arch is the ignition arch.

The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation.
