Hot water boiler 7-58 MW, supplies 130℃/150℃ hot water. Under pressure of 1.0-1.6 Mpa, the returning water temperature is 70℃/90℃. The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

ZOZEN is the first in China to adopt arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube structure. Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
