After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

ZOZEN DHL series coal-fired boiler is field assembled and has an external drum, which has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption, and fast heating of the corner tube boiler. It also adopts the front and rear arch covering furnace structure to build the refractory concrete  in the lower section of the front wall of the furnace.
