All equipment (includes boiler proper, economizer, burner, valves, instrument, electric control cabinet, chimney, water treatment, softened water tank, energy-saving circulating pump, raw water pump, deaerator, etc.) is designed to be installed on one or two prepared concrete bases. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The temperature of normal boiler furnace is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while that of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace is within a lower temperature range of 800-900°C, which reduces the production of nitrogen oxides (NOx); meanwhile, by adding low-cost limestone to circulating fluidized bed boiler, sulfide (SOx) can be removed during fuel’s combustion.

In terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN can be said to keep improving. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and vertical chamfering eliminate a large number of blowholes in the weld and ensure welding quality.

In order to attack the COVID-19, ZOZEN Boiler gave priority to medical materials manufacturing enterprises and other units on product supply. ZOZEN had completed the delivery of boiler proper and auxiliary machinery of WNS oil-fired steam boiler in two batches on March 18 and April 2.
