ZOZEN DHL series coal-fired boiler is field assembled and has an external drum, which has the advantages of compact structure, low steel consumption, and fast heating of the corner tube boiler. It also adopts the front and rear arch covering furnace structure to build the refractory concrete  in the lower section of the front wall of the furnace. The front arch is the fire arch, while the rear arch is the ignition arch.

ZOZEN’s oil-fired/gas-fired skid-mounted steam boiler has obvious advantages of integrated skid-mounted delivery, compact structure and cost saving, which immediately attracted the attention and favor of the Myanmar Factory of Xindaxin Food after it came onto the market. ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. The main advantage of circulating fluidized bed boilers lies in the direct control of pollutant discharge during the combustion process. This type of boiler adopts low-temperature combustion technology. The furnace temperature of a conventional boiler is as high as 1400-1500°C during combustion, while the furnace temperature of a circulating fluidized bed boiler is in the lower range of 800-900°C, which can reduce the generation of NOx; meanwhile, SOx can be removed during fuel combustion by adding low-cost limestone in the circulating fluidized bed boiler, 2t natural gas boiler automatic commercial maldives.

It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality.
