On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support.

The SZL series biomass-fired chain grate boiler is safe and efficient with a capacity of 4-35 tph (hot water boiler: 2.8-29MW) and a thermal efficiency of over 88%. By extending the furnace arch, increasing the furnace height and adjusting the width and length of grate, ZOZEN takes the lead in solving the problems that easily occur in biomass-fired boilers such as furnace arch collapse, furnace door burnout, hopper tempering and tube wall coking.
