Recently, relying on its solid strength, ZOZEN attracted the international fiber industry giant Lanjing Group to visit and inspect, and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the company. Lanjing (Nanjing) Fiber Inspection Team stated that the visit was mainly due to the need to build distributed energy sources and plans to introduce multiple gas boilers. After understanding the company's actual needs, ZOZEN recommended SZS series gas-fired boilers for Lanjing (Nanjing) Fiber.

ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency. The boiler is packaged with a compact structure, so it has relatively low construction costs. The boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube chain grate boiler. In the single drum with a longitudinal layout, threaded smoke tubes from the convection heating surface, while the boiler drum and water-cooled walls on both sides form the radiation heating surface in the furnace. The PLC automatic control system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve high-efficiency and energy-saving operation by changing the gas volume of the boiler. After the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.

The structural design focuses more on details. The sealing of both sides of membrane wall and drums adopt comb plate. The boiler features a drainage system of condensation water in convection zone to prevent the corrosion of furnace body by acid condensate. Advantages: reduce the frequent maintenance of furnace and extend the boiler working life, boiler water for palm oil processing.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
