At this critical time, ZOZEN reached cooperation with Ansell, an American protective material enterprise. In order to provide sufficient heat source for its production lines of medical gloves and protective clothing quickly, ZOZEN gave top priority to the production and delivery of the order of Ansell, hot oil boiler heating system.

ZOZEN’s molten salt boiler is a kind of boiler that uses a mixture of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heat transfer medium. It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure. The whole boiler system is mainly composed of molten salt circulation system, combustion system and heating system.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc.

In terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN can be said to keep improving. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and vertical chamfering eliminate a large number of blowholes in the weld and ensure welding quality.
