Recently, three sets of customized ZOZEN gas-fired boilers have been delivered after passing the quality tests. The boilers will enter the installation phase in late March when arriving at the UYUNI port.This project is located at the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt flat in the world with the largest lithium reserves. Once the installation is completed, the boiler project will provide a reliable heat source for the new plant of YLB and assist the development and commercialization of salt-flat resources.

The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is safe and efficient with a thermal efficiency of over 82%. It is one of ZOZEN’s patented products. This product is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the heating surface of the body while the lower part is the combustion equipment. The capacity is 4-35 tph. It is a horizontal double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.It has the characteristics of wide coal adaptability, small covering area, convenient installation and high thermal efficiency, commercial oil fired gas boiler.

With thermal efficiency over 82% and NOx emissions less than 100mg/Nm3, ZOZEN DZL series boilers feature high efficiency and low emissions. They adopt single-drum structure and a chain grate. The heat transfer coefficient of threaded smoke tubes is 1.8 times higher than ordinary tubes. In order to expand the capacity, PT. New Hope Indonesia introduced ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler to provide efficient and reliable heat source guarantee for feed production. 

ZOZEN biomass-fired boilers have wide fuel adaptability and reasonable structures according to different fuel characteristics to ensure the smooth, high-efficiency and energy-saving boiler operation.
