ZOZEN’s molten salt boiler is a kind of boiler that uses a mixture of molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heat transfer medium. It is a kind of straight-flow special industrial boiler that uses a molten salt circulating pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfer the heat energy to heating equipment and then return to the boiler for further heating circulation. It is highly-efficient and energy-saving with a thermal efficiency of over 95%, and it also can obtain an ultra-high working temperature of 350-580℃ under a lower operating pressure. The whole boiler system is mainly composed of molten salt circulation system, combustion system and heating system.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency.

In terms of welding technology, ZOZEN longitudinal and circumferential seam welding adopts advanced automatic submerged arc welding technology, and 100% X-ray detection is carried out on the welding seam to ensure the welding quality. The welding of the smoke tube and tube sheet adopts pre-expansion first to eliminate the gap between the tube and tube sheet, and then adopts the automatic argon arc welding technology, which can effectively eliminate the stress and extend the service life of the boiler.
