4 ton per hour combustion bed boiler, ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature coal cleaning technology with high efficiency and low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.

Generally, the consumption of the steam boiler fuel in the textile industry is relatively large. Therefore, the steam boiler that provides thermal source is very important. ZOZEN customized the SZL series coal-fired chain grate steam boiler system for Xindadong Textiles (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on the basis of the local conditions of Vietnam and the actual needs of users. This series of boiler has the advantages of high efficiency, strong overload capacity and wide adaptability of fuel types.

The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stoker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory. Never run sideways, stuck, which ensure the smooth operation of the stoker.

This is a membrane wall production line of ZOZEN Boiler. All the membrane walls inside the boiler are produced from here. The steel pipes pass through the polishing equipment and are reduced to the original metal color. Then they will enter the large-scale automatic welding station together with the flat steels that are cut beforehand. This welding station is as high as 4.6 meters with a covering area of 32 square meters. It is equipped with 16 welding guns which can complete the welding of 4 groups of membrane walls at the same time. The welding speed and precision are at the leading level in the industry. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
