The year 2020 is a significant year for ZOZEN Boiler that we together overcame the difficulties brought by COVID-19, implemented the lean factory project, carried out performance appraisal in the whole company, etc. This year, as ZOZEN Boiler is undergoing a huge change from top to bottom, the performance appraisal and promotion system of front-line staff also has important changes.

On October 15, the SZL series steam boiler project which was the first cooperation between ZOZEN Boiler and Afghanistan Baheer Group officially started to supply steam. After 24 hours of test run of the boiler, ZOZEN steam boiler burned normally, the grate ran smoothly, and the alarm devices, pressure valves and other components were also working normally. From then on, ZOZEN steam boiler would become an important member of the company’s paper production line to provide the stable and efficient steam support, burning biomass boiler.

The function of CFB boiler secondary air: Ensuring that the combustibles overflowing from the dense phase zone will be further oxygen-enriched in the lean phase zone (suspension section), so that the fuel is fully burned in the furnace and the temperature difference between the upper and lower furnace reduces.

ZOZEN had completed the customization of full set of skid-mounted boiler system to meet the actual requirements of the factory. After it is delivered to the boiler room of the Myanmar factory, it can run automatically with water, electricity and oil supply when the start button is pressed, burning biomass boiler.

Increase stoker availability of stoker, guarantee boiler safely running. ZOZEN biomass-fired fuel has another character, which is high volatility and low ash content. After combustion, there is almost no ash left on the stoker, so stoker should adopt proper high temperature resistance material to work under high temperature radiation.

In order to ensure the accurate air distribution of biomass fired boilers, the production department of ZOZEN pays great attention to the first step in boiler manufacturing. The steel plate is cut by American Pegasus underwater plasma cutting, whose processing accuracy can be controlled within 1 mm.

In order to attack the COVID-19, ZOZEN Boiler gave priority to medical materials manufacturing enterprises and other units on product supply. ZOZEN had completed the delivery of boiler proper and auxiliary machinery of WNS oil-fired steam boiler in two batches on March 18 and April 2. ZOZEN would work together with Ansell to make contributions to fighting against the COVID-19.
