Recently, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed that China’s industrial boiler output from January to July in 2020 was 184,780.8 tph, a decrease of 24.8% year-on-year, showing a downward trend. Against the background of a sharp decline in the domestic industrial boiler industry, ZOZEN Boiler managed to overcome the difficulties and achieved a slight increase in output, sub critical boiler.

The base of ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler adopts the separate air chambers to make the fuel on the grate is in a good combustion state. The air dampers design further ensures the sufficient fuel combustion and improves fuel utilization. In addition, DZL series coal-fired boiler realizes the stepless speed regulation of the grate via the advanced electrical control. It also has the functions such as absolute rating alarm and interlock protection to ensure the safe operation of the whole boiler system.

The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

Threaded smoke pipe is a high-efficiency heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN for many years. After continuous optimization, its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary smoke pipe, which increases heat conduction.
