ZOZEN Boiler Lean Factory Standardization Project officially started orderly. To carry out the standardization work, ZOZEN Boiler with experts from the consulting project team organized a series of internal training courses for the administrative staff and relevant personnel to learn theoretical knowledge, deepen their concepts and master the methods about procedure and specification.

6000 kg heavy oil boiler, Recently, as a leading enterprise in the domestic industrial boiler manufacturing industry, ZOZEN has successfully passed the examination of Jiangsu Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and has acquired the permission to engage in the installation, maintenance and reconstruction project of pressure-bearing special equipment with a sub project of boiler installation (A grade), which is valid until the August 7, 2024.

ZOZEN’s YQ(Y)L series oil-fired/gas-fired vertical thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coil structure whose end adopts conical coil which can effectively protect the furnace wall at the end of boiler. It is equipped with advanced combustion device with good energy saving and environmental protection performance. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of wide fuel adaptability, low pressure and high temperature, safety and efficiency, high thermal efficiency over 95%, and complete automatic control system which can realize unattended operation.

The project leader of Baheer Group in Afghanistan attached great importance to this project. He checked on-site for many times, so he saw and remembered engineer Hao’s work attitude. Out of the recognition of ZOZEN technology, the project manager temporarily decided to hand over the production of boiler’s flue gas and air ducts to ZOZEN Boiler. The trust of customers is the driving force of our work. Finally, ZOZEN completed the task on time with good quality, which won the recognition of customers.

ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers have the technical advantages of sufficient output, low emission and energy saving with a high degree of automation to realize the mechanization of fuel supply, ash and slag discharges. More importantly, the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler system designed by ZOZEN is 5% higher than that of other normal boiler system. ZOZEN’s coal-fired boilers also have wide fuel adaptability: cfb boilers can use coal, gangue, garbage, sludge and so on while chain grate boilers can use bitumite, meagre coal, anthracite and so on, 6000 kg heavy oil boiler.

Starting from the steel sheet blanking, every key process of ZOZEN adopts advanced CNC processing technology, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time. Efficient automated production lines, sufficient raw material stocking, and scientific 6S on-site management ensure that multiple SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers are delivered with high quality within the agreed time.
