The boiler is mainly composed of upper and lower drums, convection tube bundles, water-cooled wall tubes, downcomers and headers. The upper and lower drums are longitudinal arranged. The combustion equipment adopts the chain grate with chain belt and is driven by a stepless speed change device.

It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. Finally, the welded membrane walls are made into various shapes by the pipe arrangement machine.
