The grate bracket of ZOZEN’s chain grate boilers adopts double-layer structure. The lower layer uses channel steel and the upper layer uses light rail. The upper layer is heated and the lower layer is stressed. It changes the traditional grate bracket using angle steel and friction strips without  deformation. The active grate runs on the light rail with a 72-hour cold test run carried out before leaving the factory to ensure the smooth operation of grate without deviation or jamming.

The smoke chamber is an important part of the horizontal boiler and selects heat preservation and refractory materials with high performance. It adopts the double-layer aluminum foil for heat preservation to greatly enhance the insulation effect. The front and back smoke chambers adopt the special double-sealed structure to solve the smoke leakage problem which is common during the long-term operation of horizontal internal combustion boiler, so as to reduce the heat loss caused by smoke leakage; meanwhile, it also adopts the double-door structure with reliable performance and good tightness to ensure the safe and reliable boiler operation.
